Shipping options
We ship with DHL and Norway Post. The available options and prices for your address are shown in checkout before you place your order.
Shipping costs
- Norway: Free shipping on all orders.
- Outside Norway: Free shipping on orders over 1200 NOK / 130 EUR / 130 USD / 120 GBP. Orders under this amount have a shipping fee of NOK 500,- / 50€ / 50$ / 40£ .Free shipping is added automatically in checkout.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched from our factory on Osterøy within 3 working days. Delivery normally takes 1 to 10 days, depending on your country and city. Before Christmas and in other busy periods, delivery may take longer.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. If you cannot track your parcel, contact us at sales@norlender.no or +47 56 19 20 00.
Taxes and duties
Depending on the country, international taxes and customs clearance are charged either by Norlender or by DHL. When charged by Norlender, they are added in the final step of checkout. When charged by DHL, you pay them on delivery. Taxes and customs fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and are paid by the buyer.
Lost or damaged parcels
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you. If your parcel is lost, or arrives with visible damage, contact us at sales@norlender.no or +47 56 19 20 00. For damaged parcels, include photos of the package and keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully in checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the order is dispatched.
