This return policy applies to purchases made by consumers in the Norlender Knitwear online store. Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy, and nothing here limits them.

RETURN POLICY

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund:
Before you return any products, please call +4756192000 or send a mail to sales@norlender.no. Please add order number and reason of return.

• The product will be fully refunded, unless otherwise noted.
• Norlender does not refund international import duties and taxer, shipping and handling fees, nore the return fees.
• If the product is returned due to a defect, inaccurate product description or an incorrect order, please call or send a mail to sales@norlender.no. In these cases, you will be fully compensated for all fees
• All items are eligible for return, unless otherwise note don the product page.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please call +4756192000 or send a mail to sales@norlender.no with pictures of the damaged package. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue.
